All the engagements of AMS starts with a participatory organizational self-assessment as an entrée into understanding the operations of the organization, identify the areas of intervention and jointly develop prioritized objectives for improvements over a defined period of time. The participatory self-assessment examines the organization’s mission, values, strategy, structure and systems. The very structure of the AMS approach builds on the key factors that will support organizational change and improvements, in management performance on a number of management components.
